Public Charge Decision.

Hi Everyone I'm Elizabeth,
We're coming to you this afternoon to talk about the Public Charge Rule. We did talk about that before back in September/October timeframe.
The rule was blocked by the federal rules appeals court injunction. But the US Supreme Court ruled on Monday the decision to allow the public charge rule to go forward.
The Public Charge Rule is likely to deny admission to foreign nationals who have received (or who are likely to receive) very specific public benefits.
We expect that the USCIS will issue a notice with the dates that will start implementing the new rule. When they do that, there will be new regulations, guidelines, several new forms and applications that will be required.
If you believe that this will affect you or a family member, give us a call for consultation Call (800) 611-0821 or send us a message on Facebook - @eawoodlawfirm or website eawoodlaw.com.

Thank you, everybody, and have a good day!
